A Happy New Year
I wish all Rotarians in District 1120 a very Happy New Year.
Like all of you my run-up to Christmas Day was very busy.
More sleigh journeys, mentoring for University interviews and Rotary Christmas dinners.... A highlight was collecting for the Maypole Project with the Bromley Rock Choir. Really jolly!!(Maypole a charity which supports young people with life threatening conditions)

NEW YEAR RESOLUTIONS
In Rotary we can do better than this.
Help our District to be more effective! We need Rotarians from all areas within the SE and Gibraltar.
- Attract more members
- Add our Christmas projects to Rotary Central 2
- Start thinking about our plans for 2017-18 Really look at our communities and ensure we know about real needs and ENGAGE with other organisations to develop projects which will make the greatest impact!
Help our District to be more effective! We need Rotarians from all areas within the SE and Gibraltar.

- Lead and team members for Community Projects
- Team members for Membership Development Support
- Health and Safety
- Assistant Treasurer
- Be part of our Environmental team

I am now preparing for going to San Diego for my DG training. Lots to read before I go! I'll write again at the end of January with news from RI and other areas of the world.
